We are looking for internship candidates available for a duration of 12 months as of 1st February/1st March 2026.Your ResponsabilitiesAs a Young Talent Quality Production, you ensure the quality of series-production parts,You support manufacturing and assembly processes by leading root cause analyses and driving corrective actions (8D, QRQC, SHAININ),You contribute to statistical evaluations related to complaints, assembly processes, and First Pass Yield on test benches,You take an active role in task forces addressing critical production issues,You prepare and support internal and external audits (ISO9001 / EN9100),You develop, implement, and monitor process and product audits to ensure continuous improvement,You support the change-management process, as well as the FMEAs,You support customer service in managing customer claims (0 Km and field),You prepare monthly KPI reports and proactively drive initiatives to improve the quality of Liebherr Machines Bulle products. Your ProfilYou hold or are finishing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or similar field,Ideally, you already have a training in quality methods (e.g., 8D, QRQC, Six Sigma, SHAININ),You are fluent in French and English. Good command of German is an asset.You are familiar with MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) as well as Minitab,You are a communicative person with strong facilitation skills and a structured approach,You are consistent, persevering, and able to organize work independently while maintaining a practical, hands-on mindset.Our OfferCan we inspire you to take on a responsible position in a dynamic and independent family business?
