Your mission will be to ensure that our client engagement and activation strategy is not only innovative and client-centric but also executed efficiently, leading to a best-in-class client journey. Reporting to the Head of Institutional Clients, you will lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic change in a matrixed environment.Key Responsibilities:Shape and manage the early client journey: cultivating awareness, engaging interest, and fostering informed considerationProvide strategic oversight of client collateral, activation materials, and multichannel distributionElevate marketing efforts through a cohesive, top-down approach, ensuring clarity and consistency across client-facing outputsStrengthen processes and collaboration between client content teams, embedding best practices and fostering innovationOversee high-quality, timely RFP management and responses, ensuring continuous improvement in executionApply emerging technologies including AI to enhance efficiency, process improvement, and digital enablementPresent a credible, forward-looking vision for the function, positioning it as a cornerstone of client engagementWhat are we looking for? We are seeking a commercially minded leader with a strong background in strategic marketing, client engagement, operational excellence and process improvements.
