Supporting Customer Success department in all B2C sales tasks.Your Mission:Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated sales tasks.Conduct phone calls/emails, with one goal : upsell.Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and brainstorming sessions.Create a real connection with our customers.Work with your team to respect deadlines, objectives, and unblocked special achievements.Your Weapons:High school diploma or similarFluent English is mandatory.German is also mandatory (native or at least C1), Italian or French is a plusDegree in Marketing, Business, Service or similar may be requiredYou are born to sell, and if not you would like toSuperb interpersonal and soft skillsStrong self-motivationAbility to work in a team, and to motivate your teammatesAbility and will to surpass yourselfIf you have made it this far and believe you have what is may be the right person for us.Apply today
