Learn more at Job Function: Digital MarketingJob Sub Function: Digital EngagementJob Category:ProfessionalAll Job Posting Locations:Zug, SwitzerlandJob Description:Project Manager (m/f/d) CNS / PH / VmaxPart-time 32h/weekJob PurposeMaximizes the growth of the assigned products within the Swiss market by executing commercial projects and services based on the CVT's brand strategy and brand plans in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.Support the Business Unit (Product Managers, Portfolio Leads) in the development and execution of relevant activities and materials in close collaboration with your cross-functional stakeholders.Ensures full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCP and patients who are using the product(s) Job ResponsibilitiesAccountable for leading the development and execution of local commercial projects and services based on the brand plan to position the product in line with the CVT's strategy and to achieve the defined business objectives (e.g. NTS, MAC & NPS) with the available resources (OOP budget).Lead the development and implementation of commercial projects (e.g. internal / external events and meetings, omnichannel brand and product campaigns) in collaboration with the cross- functional team. This will ensure the consistent deployment of the commercial tactical plan and coordination of cross-functional projects across all our sales regions.
