In Switzerland , the GWS division provides technical , infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.For our growing Facility Management organisation at a Financial Services client in Zürich we are looking for a:Facilities Senior TechnicianYour main tasks :Organize and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems .Supervise and monitor resolution of technical issues by internal teams or external vendors .Plan and manage installation, modification, and commissioning projects , ensuring proper scheduling and resource allocation.Coordinate small-scale projects such as renovations , technical upgrades, and relocations.Manage and oversee external vendors and contractors to ensure compli-ance with project requirements and company standards.Prepare , assign , and track work orders ; maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS system.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards through regular audits and reviews .Support energy optimization and sustainability initiatives by organizing activ-ities and monitoring progress .Management and processing of technical alarms , fires and burglar alarm systems .Participation in on-call duties and 24-hour deployment in the event of tech-nical alarms .Furnishing of conference and meeting rooms .Management of technical support requests on call.
