Our client is looking to hire a Junior Investment Analyst to strengthen its investment support function and grow within the team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in portfolio reporting, data quality, or PMS platforms (, DAPM) who is eager to gradually take on more analytical and investment-related responsibilities.Reporting / Junior Investment AnalystOur client is a small-sized company within the financial services sector in Geneva.DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Data & ReportingMaintain high-quality portfolio data across multiple custodians and investment vehicles.Reconcile portfolios in the firm's PMS system and ensure consistency across reporting sources.Process and interpret statements for private assets (capital calls, distributions, valuations).Review client portfolios and prepare consolidated reporting packages.Investment Support & AnalysisSupport the investment team with preliminary analysis on securities, funds, and private investments.Contribute to monitoring portfolio exposures, liquidity, and performance drivers.Assist with the preparation of investment notes, presentations, and internal materials.Participate in due-diligence work on external managers and co-investment opportunities.Operational & Project SupportLiaise with banks, fund administrators, and external providers to resolve data or reporting queries.Help improve internal tools, workflows, and reporting infrastructure as the investment platform scales.Contribute to periodic portfolio rebalancing and ensure proper execution follow-up.ProfileWe are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.3-4 years of experience in a portfolio reporting, investment operations, or PMS environment (family office, wealth manager, private bank, or asset manager).Solid understanding of portfolio reconciliation, data validation, and multi-custodian reporting.Strong analytical mindset and advanced proficiency in Excel.Experience with PMS/consolidation tools (DAPM or similar) is a significant advantage.Working knowledge of financial instruments (equities, funds, fixed income, alternatives).Fluent English (spoken and written); any other language is a plus.CFA Level I or II completed or in progress is highly preferred.Ability to work in a fast-moving, lean environment with a hands-on attitude.Job OfferThis position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across all asset classes within a collaborative and entrepreneurial family office environment.
