You'll challenge advanced language models on topics like life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance; fraud detection; regulatory frameworks; and customer communication—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.On a typical day, you will converse with the model in both English and French on real-world insurance scenarios and technical questions, verify factual accuracy and industry logic, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.A master's degree in insurance, finance, business administration, actuarial science, or a closely related field is ideal; fluency in French, professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, AIC), and hands-on experience in the insurance industry signal fit.
