Your key responsibilities will include:Lead the Science: Drive the creation and finalization of crucial documents, including clinical protocols, reports, Investigator Brochures, and Health Authority submissions.Manage Global Trials: Provide scientific expertise for assigned global Phase I-II studies, ensuring execution aligns with strategy, budget, and timelines.Analyze & Interpret Data: Lead the medical-scientific review, final analysis, and interpretation of clinical trial data, resulting in publications and internal/external presentations.Direct Multidisciplinary Teams: Provide strategic direction to the global, cross-functional Study Management Team (SMT) to ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards.Who you are:We are looking for a professional who is eager to influence their own development and thrive in a complex, growing organization.
