Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Order Management LeadYour role and responsibilities:As an Order Management Specialist, you serve as the primary point of contact for customers and business partners regarding Low Voltage Products within the Electrification business area, based in Baden, Switzerland.Reporting to the Head of Order Handling, you play a key role in supporting the sales team by leveraging your customer service expertise to manage and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.The work model for the role is: #hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions to customer inquiries and ensure smooth order and delivery processes.Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and proactively manage delays or escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.Handle invoicing and customer account setup in accordance with internal guidelines and sales team input.Communicate clearly via phone and email with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and resolve issues efficiently.Qualifications for the role:Completed commercial apprenticeship; further education at higher vocational level (HF) is an advantage5 - 7 years of professional experience in order processing or a similar roleAgile and proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership of customer issuesSolid knowledge and experience in customer serviceConfident user of SAPStrong team player with a solution-oriented and independent working style, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skillsFluent in German and English; good command of French (spoken and written); additional languages are a plusMore about usABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial andmanufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
