Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Production SupervisorProduction Shift Supervisor (80-100%)About the Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with process flows, work instructions, production plans, and quality and safety standards in a 3-shift operation for the production of miniature circuit breakers (MCBs). You will play a key role in maintaining continuous production operations. In close collaboration with the area manager, you will help create an effective and efficient working environment.Work model: On-siteLocation: Electrification Business Area, SchaffhausenYour main responsibilities include:Managing capacities, resources, and personnel during the shift, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production targetsActing as the main point of contact for process-related questions and ensuring adherence to defined process standardsIdentifying improvement opportunities in production processes and equipment, and addressing technical, quality, and logistical challenges in a solution-oriented mannerMotivating and developing the team, and collaborating closely with internal support functions to ensure efficient communicationQualifications for the RoleCompleted technical vocational trainingSeveral years of experience in production or production-related areasInitial leadership experience in a production environmentKnowledge of manufacturing processes and automated production linesExperience with continuous improvement projects and lean management (e.g., KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma)Quick comprehension, resilience, and strong team spiritFluent in German (spoken and written); English is a plusWillingness to work in shifts (currently 3-shift model, possibly including Saturdays)Strong interpersonal and assertiveness skillsERP knowledge (SAP)What's in it for YouWe want you to bring your full self to work-your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
