Visual Merchandising Project Leader

Our client is a recognizable worldwide brand. Responsibilities : • Define, develop and implement visual merchandising concepts and POS materials that reflect the brand's identity, while ensuring alignment with budget requirements. • Create and deploy visual merchandising solutions for special initiatives, including window displays, in-store animations, and temporary retail spaces. • Design, develop and oversee the implementation of special displays for exhibitions, product launches or brand experiences, coordinating closely with external suppliers and agencies. • Manage the full lifecycle of POS materials, from production through to final delivery. • Produce clear and compelling visual merchandising guidelines for local markets to ensure consistent execution. • Ensure global compliance with the brand's visual identity and presentation standards across all retail touchpoints. • Provide periodic visual merchandising performance reports to senior management. • Maintain effective communication and workflows with regional teams, including training sessions and on-site market visits. • Brief external agencies with precision and oversee project execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. • Organize and manage international visual merchandising meetings, calls, follow-ups and reporting activities. • Conduct continuous research on sustainable materials and practices to reduce environmental impact. • Support the retail team in projects ranging from new store openings to renovations of existing points of sale. Profile : Degree in Visual Communications (Graphic Design / Interior Design / Visual Merchandising), Experience in visual merchandising, especially in a fast-moving international retail environment and in-store communication. Watches, fashion or accessories is a plus. Design agency is also welcomed. Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp. AutoCAD will be a plus. Acute visual awareness, visual flair for contemporary & attractive design solutions Strong organisational and methodical skills Enjoying and working well in a team. Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger company Languages: English (mandatory) with excellent oral and written skills. French or German and other languages are an asset.
