About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join a dynamic international team. This position involves working on complex compliance matters with a strong focus on cross-border regulations and client due diligence. Key Responsibilities Support AML/KYC processes and conduct enhanced due diligence for international clients Monitor transactions and review alerts related to financial crime risks Perform sanctions screening and assist with regulatory reporting obligations Prepare compliance documentation and contribute to internal audits and reviews Collaborate with global offices to ensure adherence to multi-jurisdictional requirements Conduct research on regulatory frameworks and provide risk assessments for senior management Participate in compliance projects and contribute to process improvements Your Profile Degree in Law or a related field Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and international compliance standards Previous experience in banking or compliance is an advantage Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment What We Offer A collaborative and entrepreneurial work culture Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth
