Salesforce Developer

Are you a seasoned Salesforce Developer ready to make an impact on large-scale solutions? We're looking for a contract-based expert to join an exciting Salesforce project in Bern, Switzerland. You'll be at the forefront of evolving sophisticated Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, alongside business teams, DevOps, and developers in an agile SAFe environment. What You’ll Do: Extend Salesforce functionality via APEX classes, triggers & batch jobs Build complex SOQL/SOSL queries for analytics & reporting Automate workflows using Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled) Develop and configure Experience Cloud portals for external users Integrate with external systems via Kafka and Data Bricks Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM), roles, and RBAC Handle deployments via GitLab and support ongoing troubleshooting What You Bring: 7+ years in Salesforce development (Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud) Strong APEX, SOQL, Flow, and data modelling experience Proficiency with Experience Cloud and event/self-service portal development Familiarity with Kafka, Java (ideally Quarkus), GitLab, and security architectures Experience in SAFe or similar agile frameworks Nice to Have: Basic Azure knowledge (App Services, Functions) API integrations (REST, SOAP, Kafka Connect) Contract Details: Location: Bern, Switzerland (on-site 5x/week for first 2 weeks, then 1x/week) Rate: CHF 700–800/day Long-term freelance engagement with potential for future projects
