YOUR CAPCO DAY 

• Design scalable and resilient digital architectures that support long-term business and technology goals. 
• Develop and implement infrastructure solutions, with a focus on integrating cloud-native and hybrid architectures into complex enterprise environments. 
• Leverage Java/Spring expertise to support implementation without focusing on pure application development. 
• Lead architectural reviews, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and guide technical teams through implementation. 
• Work closely with clients over multi-year engagements, ensuring continuity and architectural consistency. 
• Drive architectural reviews, technology assessments, and solution planning, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. 

YOUR CAPCO-FIT 

• Degree in a relevant field and proven experience in architecture, infrastructure, and system implementation. 
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring, and modern enterprise architecture components. 
• Experience in designing and deploying modern infrastructure components (e.g., cloud, containerization, API management, CI/CD pipelines). 
• A generalist mindset with the ability to connect business needs with technical solutions across various domains. 
• Strong consulting mindset with adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a generalist approach. 
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders. 
• Fluent in German and English, with the ability to operate effectively in multilingual environments.
