pour intégrer une équipe dynamique encadré par un management bienveillant, en charge des solutions dédiées au Moderne Workplace.

Votre mission

En tant que
System Microsoft UCC Engineer
, vous serez en charge de :

  • La gestion et l'évolution des plateformes de communication unifiée (
    Microsoft Teams, MTRoA, MTRoW, Surface Hub, VoIP, Contact Center
    ).
  • Le support technique de niveau 3 pour résoudre les problématiques complexes.
  • La collaboration en contexte projet, avec de multiples parties prenantes.
  • La veille technologique et l'amélioration continue des outils workplace.

Votre profil

  • Solide expérience en
    VoIP et réseaux
    (SIP, SBC, ...).
  • Maîtrise des environnements
    Microsoft 365 / Teams / Intune / Azure
    .
  • Expérience confirmée avec des
    solutions de Contact Center
    .
  • Compétences en
    scripting et développement.
  • Français courant, bon niveau d'anglais.
