Lead IT Systems Engineer

Verantwortung
- Du gestaltest eine zukunftsfähige IT-Landschaft mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Sicherheit und Performance – inklusive Hybrid-Umgebungen (Azure/M365), Windows/Linux, Netzwerk, AD/EntraID und Virtualisierung
- Du übernimmst die technische Leitung rund um IT-Security: von Next-Gen-Firewalls über EDR bis hin zu Zero Trust-Architekturen – Identity & Access Management inklusive
- Du planst, koordinierst und realisierst komplexe IT-Projekte, führst System-Migrationen durch und löst kritische Incidents mit technischem Feingefühl
- Du führst das Team durch technische Exzellenz, Coaching und Innovationsgeist – Automatisierung, Standardisierung und KI-gestützte Optimierungen sind für Dich tägliches Handwerk
- Du stellst stabilen IT-Betrieb und effizienten Support sicher – ITIL-orientiert und hands-on, immer mit dem Ziel, Nutzererlebnisse spürbar zu verbessern
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Informatikstudium mit Fokus auf Systemtechnik oder vergleichbarer Background
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen mit hohen Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Tiefgreifendes Know-how in Microsoft-Technologien, Automatisierung (v. a. PowerShell), Virtualisierung, Storage & Netzwerkkomponenten
- Ausgeprägte Macher-Mentalität, kombiniert mit Führungskompetenz und Innovationsfreude
- Sicher in ITIL-basierten Prozessen und agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Deutsch C1/C2 und technisches Englisch B2/C1
