Workplace & System Support
. In dieser Rolle stellst du den reibungslosen Betrieb der IT-Arbeitsplätze sicher und unterstützt User im Tagesgeschäft.
Deine Aufgaben
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von
- Workstations, Laptops, Peripheriegeräten, mobilen Endgeräten sowie zugehöriger Software
- 1st- / 2nd-Level-Support inkl. Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting und Eskalation
- Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung von IT-Equipment für neue Mitarbeitende
- Durchführung von IT-Onboardings und User-Einführungen
- Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister und Support-Partner
- Pflege von Inventar, Dokumentationen, Manuals und Checklisten
- Unterstützung bei IT-Beschaffungen und Rollouts
- Entwicklung einfacher Skripte / Tools zur Unterstützung von User-Prozessen
- Mitarbeit in operativen IT-Projekten und Service-Optimierungen
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung im IT Workplace / IT Support / System Support
- Strukturierte, selbständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Grundkenntnisse von IT-Service-Prozessen (z. B. ITIL)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Teamplayer mit Organisationsstärke
- Englisch C1, Deutsch B1–B2 zwingend
