Pardgroup, società leader nei servizi integrati per il retail e la grande distribuzione, in ottica di ampliamento del proprio organico, ricerca una figura di Project Manager (Freelance) presso la sede di Lugano.
La risorsa dovrà svolgere le seguenti attività:
- Gestione completa del progetto: pianificazione, controllo costi e avanzamento lavori;
- Coordinamento di imprese, progettisti e fornitori;
- Verifica della conformità normativa e sicurezza (SUVA, regolamenti SIA);
- Relazione con committenti e autorità locali;
- Gestione report, SAL e varianti.
Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Architettura o titolo equivalente riconosciuto in Svizzera;
- 5–10 anni di esperienza in project management nel settore costruzioni;
- Conoscenza dei regolamenti SIA, contabilità CRB/NPK e normative di sicurezza;
- Italiano fluente, tedesco o francese graditi.
Completano il profilo ottime capacità organizzative, relazionali e di leadership.
