eager to grow with us, help scale our mission, and bring truly holistic healthcare to more people around the world.

Tasks

Your Role

Starting
in January for a 6-month period with the opportunity to stay afterwards
, you'll support our medical team with key administrative and operations tasks to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Provide solutions to clients or leads reaching out to us

  • Coordinate with laboratories and healthcare partners

  • Manage lab orders, prescriptions and lab results

  • Handle no-shows and appointment planning

  • Organising medical files (HIN)

  • Support billing and general admin

  • Support the followup consultations

  • Improve operational processes ensuring a smooth workflow between the key stakeholders

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Experience in (medical) administration or similar experience (in progress or completed)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Tech-savvy (HIN, online scheduling, CRM software etc.)

  • Reliable and discreet with sensitive health data

  • A true ambitious team player with a sky-is-the-limit mindset

  • Fluent in English and German; any other language is a plus
