Projektleiter Promotion Management (m/w/d)

In dieser einzigartigen und spannenden Funktion entwickelst du die neue Dienstleistung weiter und machst sie schweizweit sichtbar.

Das bewegst du:

  • Du etablierst und entwickelst das Promotion Management in Shopping Centern, Arealen und weiteren Liegenschaften – für Wincasa und externe Eigentümer
  • Unsere digitale Plattform vermarktest du aktiv und gestaltest ihre Weiterentwicklung mit unserem Projektpartner
  • Neue Services – von Beratung bis Kooperationen – konzipierst du mit Innovationsfreude und Weitblick
  • Mit überzeugenden Präsentationen und Offerten trägst du zur Mandatsgewinnung bei
  • Verträge, dynamische Preismodelle und Prozesse gestaltest du effizient und kundenorientiert
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Umsatzziele und Budgets
  • Du koordinierst unsere Partner und baust ein starkes Netzwerk auf
  • Trends im Bereich kommerzielle Immobilien greifst du auf und bringst sie ein
  • Onboardings und Schulungen führst du souverän durch – Roadshows und Promotionen planst du kreativ und strukturiert

  • Du bringst fundiertes Know-how aus dem digitalen Marketing oder der Promotion-Branche mit – gestützt durch eine passende Aus- oder Weiterbildung
  • Dein Verständnis für Center- und Arealmanagement sowie die Einzelhandelswelt hilft dir, Kundenbedürfnisse gezielt zu erkennen und zu bedienen
  • Mit über fünf Jahren Erfahrung in der Vermarktung digitaler Plattformen, im Projektmanagement - idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche - weisst du, worauf es ankommt
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, handelst proaktiv und setzt Ideen mit Energie und Struktur um – dank deiner Projektmanagement-Skills planst du vorausschauend, koordinierst souverän und führst Projekte effizient zum Erfolg
  • Strategisches Gespür und eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen dich aus
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, flexibel und bist belastbar – und gleichzeitig ein echter Teamplayer
  • Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke überzeugst du auf Deutsch und Französisch, für Englisch oder Italienisch gibt's Pluspunkte
