Zur Verstärkung unseres Controlling-Teams suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als FP&A und Business Controller, die mit analytischem Denken und betriebswirtschaftlichem Know-how zur erfolgreichen Steuerung unserer Business Units beiträgt. Wir freuen uns dich kennenzulernen

Was du bewegst
  • Sicherstellung der finanziellen Ergebnisentwicklung durch transparente Finanzbericht-erstattung und Deckungsbeitragsrechnung sowie monatliche Resultatanalysen und Business Reviews
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Schnittstelle zwischen Group Controlling und Business Unit bei der strategischen Planung und verantwortlich für die Steuerung der Planungs-, Budget- und Forecastprozesse in der Business Unit
  • Entwicklung von Automatisierungsinstrumenten zur Effizienzsteigerung bei der Umsetzung von organisatorischen Veränderungen (KVP)
  • Unterstützung im Group FP&A in allen Bereichen (Forecast, Budget, Reporting)
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc Analysen und betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung
  • Erstellung von Umsatz- und Kundenrentabilitätsanalysen für das Verkaufsteam
  • Beratung des Verkaufsteams bei Kalkulationen und Offerten in In- und Ausland
  • Vorbereitung des Planungszyklus, Erstellung von Leitlinien, Konsolidierung und Analyse von Zwischen- und Endversionen des Budgets/Forecasts
  • Gestaltung verschiedener Dokumente für das Management, R&O-Management, etc.
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten
Was du mitbringst
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre: im Controlling, Erfahrung im Produktions- oder Werkscontrolling von Vorteil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ): Kaufmännisch mit relevanter Weiterbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Deutsch (verhandlungssicher)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Sehr gute Excel- und ERP-Kenntnisse (SAP) Powerpoint (Thinkcell)
