Hetmos est un cabinet de fusion-acquisition nouvelle génération.

Nous combinons technologie propriétaire, prospection massive et méthodologie disruptive pour connecter des entreprises techniques et technologiques avec des acquéreurs dans le monde entier.

Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons un Business Developer entrepreneurial pour créer et développer notre présence en Suisse et structurer une future équipe locale.

Vos missions
  • MISSIONS
  • Lancer le bureau suisse et représenter Hetmos auprès des dirigeants, investisseurs et partenaires locaux
  • Développer l'activité commerciale : prospection, développement de partenariats, transformation des leads qualifiés fournis par notre technologie
  • Identifier des opportunités d'achat ou de vente d'entreprises et les qualifier pour notre équipe interne
  • Construire et faire croître une équipe locale (commerciaux, analystes, partenaires…)
  • Être force de proposition sur la stratégie de développement en Suisse
  • Évoluer rapidement vers un rôle de leadership, avec une possibilité d'association selon les résultats
Vos compétences
  • PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
  • Expérience solide en vente B2B, développement commercial ou conseil
  • Mentalité entrepreneuriale, goût pour la chasse et la croissance rapide
  • Capacité à développer un réseau local et à incarner la marque auprès des décideurs
  • Leadership naturel, envie de créer une équipe et de bâtir un bureau à partir de zéro
  • Connaissance du tissu économique suisse (Suisse romande ou alémanique) appréciée
  • Aucune expertise préalable en M&A n'est requise : nous formons nos talents
