Your role

As the Product Growth Lead, you will be at the helm of a nimble team dedicated to supercharging our digital banking channels. You will lead a talented team consisting of a UX designer, data analyst and front-end and back-end developers, all focused on making our digital banking channels the best it can be. In this role, your goal is to optimise the banking experience across mobile, tablet and web, working across multiple product verticals and customer segments.

Your mission:

• set the direction for the Product Growth team incl. defining and communicating the vision, objectives, and roadmap to key stakeholders
• drive the optimisation of features and user journeys to boost key customer lifecycle metrics: acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
• act as a flexible, data-driven unit, constantly identifying and tackling the most pressing areas guided by ROI-based prioritisation
• work across all customer segments – personal, wealth management, and corporate banking – to deliver a seamless and engaging mobile experience
• collaborate closely with segment and product leads and teams to align on strategic goals and deliver impactful results together
• embrace a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine and enhance the digital banking experience.

Your team

You will be working in the Digital Banking team within the Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office in Zurich, who is responsible for several areas such as transformation, integration, and product development.

Your expertise

We are looking for a seasoned product leader with a knack for driving product-led growth, solving customer problems and leading cross-functional teams. Here is what we are looking for:

• a minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager, with a proven background in digital product development at a leading tech company
• proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment
• sharp analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data and customer feedback to identify key pain points and develop effective solutions
• strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and drive alignment across the organisation
• a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
• while banking experience is not a must, familiarity with the financial services industry is appreciated.

The role is based in Zurich and reports into the Head of Digital Banking Platform.
