About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Admin / Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of our team. This temporary role (1-3 months) offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international remote environment, with a strong potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities​:

  • Organise digital filing systems and update office databases
  • Support the Chief Admin Officer with daily administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams
  • Manage emails and digital correspondence
  • Create and edit documents and presentations
  • Prioritise daily tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Previous admin experience is a plus
  • ​English - excellent, German - good

Details​:

  • Contract type: Temporary (1-3 months)
  • Working hours: 7 hours/day between 10:00 and 18:00 (flexible)
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Compensation: approx. €3,260-€3,490 per month
  • Potential for permanent hire: Yes
  • Equipment: Must have own laptop and internet
  • Note: Must be registered under a Limited Company (UK-based business), comfortable using WhatsApp for quick communication
