Nous recherchons une Hospitality & Communication Officer expérimentée, dotée d'un véritable sens du service haut de gamme et d'une excellente maîtrise de la communication et de l'accueil.

Au cœur de la vie de l'établissement, vous incarnerez l'image, la qualité de service et la rigueur premium de LINK, en garantissant une expérience client irréprochable et une communication alignée avec les standards du lieu.

Vos missions principales :

Hospitality & coordination quotidienne

  • Offrir un accueil personnalisé, chaleureux et professionnel à chaque visiteur, client ou partenaire
  • Gérer les appels, e-mails et demandes avec tact, réactivité et précision
  • Superviser la bonne organisation et le fonctionnement des services de l'immeuble (maintenance, prestataires, accès, logistique, etc.)
  • Coordonner la logistique quotidienne : salles, fournitures, prestataires, courriers
  • Soutenir la direction dans la planification et la coordination des activités internes

Communication & image de marque

  • Participer à la mise en valeur de l'établissement à travers une communication cohérente et qualitative
  • Contribuer à la création de contenus pour les supports internes et externes (réseaux sociaux, visuels, messages clients)
  • Garantir l'harmonie entre l'accueil sur place et l'image véhiculée en ligne
  • Être force de proposition pour renforcer la notoriété et le positionnement premium du lieu

Administration & suivi

  • Assurer certaines tâches administratives (commandes, facturation, suivi fournisseurs)
  • Faciliter la coordination entre la direction, les équipes et les partenaires externes
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des process internes pour garantir un service fluide et efficace

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste d'accueil, d'hôtellerie haut de gamme ou de coordination administrative → À défaut d'expérience significative, un parcours de formation dans ces domaines (communication, hospitality, gestion, etc.) sera également pris en considération
  • Réelles compétences en communication et sens aigu du service client premium
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) – obligatoire
  • La pratique d'autres langues est très appréciée
  • Présentation soignée, aisance relationnelle et grande discrétion
  • Maîtrise des outils numériques et sens du détail

Conditions :

  • Contrat : CDI, temps plein
  • Rémunération : dès 4'500 CHF bruts / mois, selon expérience et profil
  • Horaires : principalement en matinée (possibilité d'adaptation)
  • Entrée en fonction : immédiate ou à convenir
  • Lieu : proximité de l'aéroport de Genève
