About Our Client
For our client, an international pharma company with modern offices in the Lucerne area, we are looking for a COMMISSIONING & QUALIFICATION Engineer (a). You will play a vital role in ensuring that equipment and systems meet compliance standards. This temporary position starts asap with 6 months duration and entails the possibility to be extended. 100% onsite.
Job Description
As COMMISSIONING & QUALIFICATION Engineer (a) you will play a vital role in ensuring that equipment and systems meet compliance standards. The task are the following:
- Develop and execute commissioning and qualification protocols for equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in the Life Science sector.
- Analyze and document test results for validation purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical expertise on validation processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports.
- Support troubleshooting and optimization of systems during commissioning phases.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful COMMISSIONING & QUALIFICATION ENGINEER Should Have
- A degree (apprenticeship or university) in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in commissioning and qualification and/or Computer System Validation.
- Documentation skills on technical documents, attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in German and and English for daily communication and coordination with laboratory colleagues and managers on open tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Advantages
- Experience with controlled-temperature units and incubators, i.e. qualification, maintenance, calibration
- Experience as technical support and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Experience with Change Management principals and Deviation/CAPA management
- Affinity for technical maintenance of equipment and IT related software
- Experience in GMP environment, especially in GMP laboratories
