Join a scaling international business in the mobility sector for their Swiss office as a D365 Senior Analyst / Project Manager
About the Role:
You play a key role to optimise the global supply chain operations through the implementation and management of the D365 system. In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert, guiding the configuration, customisation, and integration of critical modules within the system, including those related to warehousing and transportation management. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the D365 system's supply chain modules to meet the specific needs of our international business units.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders across different departments and global locations to understand their supply chain challenges and requirements. Analyse these requirements to develop comprehensive and globally aligned system design specifications.
- Project Management: Spearhead international projects focused on enhancing our supply chain capabilities through the ERP system. This includes defining project scope, setting objectives, establishing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on the ERP system's supply chain functionalities. Provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective system utilization and address any issues.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment, effectively leading and coordinating internal IT project teams and external partners.
What we would like:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience working with D365
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing ERP modules related to supply chain and / or finance
- Track record of successfully leading international projects and managing stakeholders from diverse cultural and functional backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent English and Good German skills (from B2)
