Role Description:

The
Customer Operations Coordinator
ensures the smooth and efficient management of customer-related operational processes from order placement to delivery. This role serves as a central link between customers, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring that each step of the customer journey is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care. The position contributes directly to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the continuous improvement of service quality.

In this role, the Customer Operations Coordinator manages daily customer operations, including order processing, shipment coordination, and after-sales support. Responsibilities include verifying order accuracy, tracking deliveries, managing documentation, and resolving any operational or logistical issues that may arise. The Coordinator ensures that customer needs are met promptly and that communication remains clear, consistent, and proactive throughout the process.

Collaboration plays a vital part in this position. The Customer Operations Coordinator works closely with sales, logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth coordination of customer activities. The role also involves updating systems and maintaining accurate records in ERP or CRM tools to guarantee full traceability and compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
