Mission
En tant que ICT System Administrator chez ITTA, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le maintien, le développement et l'optimisation de notre infrastructure IT interne (serveurs, réseaux, sécurité, postes de travail) ainsi que dans l'accompagnement opérationnel de projets techniques.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la direction technique, les consultants formateurs et les partenaires externes pour assurer la fiabilité, la sécurité et l'évolutivité de notre environnement hybride (on-premises + cloud).
Vos responsabilités
Opérations & Infrastructure
- Installer, configurer et maintenir les serveurs Windows, systèmes de virtualisation (Hyper-V) et réseaux locaux (LAN/WLAN).
- Participer à la refonte des infrastructures clés : supervision, pare-feu, Wi-Fi, serveurs.
- Gérer les incidents, mises à jour, sauvegardes, droits d'accès, monitoring, documentation.
Support & Maintenance
- Fournir un support technique de 2e/3e niveau aux utilisateurs internes.
- Diagnostiquer les pannes (réseau, système, postes), assurer la continuité de service.
- Documenter les incidents majeurs et contribuer à la mise en place de plans de remédiation.
Projets & Automatisation
- Implémenter des solutions techniques dans le cadre de projets internes (migration, refonte, sécurité).
- Automatiser les tâches récurrentes via scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Accompagner les projets de transformation numérique (Intune, Entra, Citrix, M365, etc.).
Encadrement et transmission
- Encadrer techniquement un apprenti CFC Opérateur informatique.
- Participer à l'évolution du SI interne avec une posture de veille et de conseil.
Votre profil
Expérience confirmée (min. 3 ans) dans l'administration système et réseau dans un environnement PME ou centre de services.
Maîtrise des environnements suivants :
- Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File Services)
- Réseaux Cisco (VLAN, ACL, NAT, routage statique/dynamique, pare-feu ASA ou équivalent)
- Scripting PowerShell (minimum requis), Python ou autres outils d'automatisation
- Plateformes Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune (serait un atout)
- Bonne connaissance des pratiques de sécurité IT, supervision, redondance, backup.
Esprit analytique, rigueur, réactivité, autonomie dans la gestion des priorités.
Capacité à rédiger des procédures, à travailler en équipe et à s'adapter rapidement.
Atout : expérience ou potentiel en formation technique ponctuelle.
Langues :
- Français courant (C1 minimum)
- Anglais niveau B2 minimum – requis pour documentation et échanges avec certains partenaires ou outils.
