About The Role
We are looking for a
Founder's Associate
to help use drive high-impact projects across operations, strategy, and execution. This is a
highly dynamic, hands-on role
for someone who is

Responsibilities
- Execute fast—take ownership of key projects and drive them from idea to execution with minimal oversight.
- Optimize operations—streamline internal processes, manage projects, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Leverage AI and automation—use the latest AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision-making.
- Support the founders wherever needed—prepare presentations, conduct research, and ensure meetings are well-structured with clear action items.
- Manage cross-functional coordination—work across teams to align priorities and remove bottlenecks.
- Handle tactical execution—from operational tasks to strategic initiatives, roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
- Adapt quickly and solve problems—navigate uncertainty, figure things out on the fly, and always find a way forward.
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in startups, operations, consulting, or project management (or a strong track record of executing ambitious projects).
- Proven ability to get things done—fast, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows—you're constantly looking to find a smarter way to getting things done and you are comfortable coding or using AI code generators
- Analytical mindset—experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and decision-making based on metrics.
- Strong operational skills—organized, process-oriented, and excellent at keeping things on track.
- Self-starter mentality—highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in an unstructured environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to work across teams and engage with people from different backgrounds (biologists, software engineers, suppliers, investors)
