The Position

Experience life at Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz - a global hub for over 2,700 colleagues from 70+ nations, located between Lake Zug, the mountains, and the nearby cities of Zug, Zurich and Lucerne. For more than 50 years, we have been developing and producing diagnostic solutions that help answer important health questions. This internship is part of our Solutions Marketing Chapter within the global Marketing & Customer Insights organization. You will work on strategic marketing initiatives and support key product launches.

The internship is based on-site in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.

The opportunity

• Supporting Global Marketing Managers, Integrated Marketing Managers, and Event Managers in executing business deliverables.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of global congresses, including:
• internal communication
• gathering and organizing content
• meeting logistics
• creating newsletters
• updating websites
• coordinating with external creative agencies
• Providing support throughout the Promotional Content Approval Process and helping release finalized materials.
• Supporting internal communication around marketing assets and upcoming events.
• Assisting with product launches at industry events.
• Collaborating with global and local (affiliate) business and marketing stakeholders.
• Coordinating and managing additional assigned projects.

Who you are

• You are a Master's student or recent graduate (within 12 months prior to the start date) in Marketing, Business, Administration or a related field.
• You are eager to apply your academic knowledge in a hands-on, dynamic internship environment.
• You have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• You bring solid project management abilities and can handle multiple tasks across diverse stakeholders.
• You work in a structured and detail-oriented way, with the ability to prioritize under tight timelines.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• You are proficient in Google Workspace tools (gMail, gSheets, gDocs, gSlides, etc.) or are willing to learn quickly.

• You have business-level English proficiency.

• Start date: February 2026

• Workload: 100%
• Duration: 12 months
• Location: Rotkreuz
• If required, a thesis can be written during the internship.
