  • Gesamtführung und -verantwortung für die präzise und termingerechte Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäss IFRS und OR
  • Disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung der operativen Finanzbereiche (Hauptbuchhaltung, bilanznahe Prozesse, operative Finanzabläufe)
  • Sicherstellung der effektiven Koordination mit externen Prüfern zur Gewährleistung der Abschlussreife
  • Besonderer Fokus auf die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Finanzprozesse durch Digitalisierung und optimierte Abläufe zur Erreichung maximaler Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit (insbesondere mit SAP S/4HANA)
  • Management und Verantwortung für spezifische finanznahe operative Prozesse
  • Intensive und vernetzte Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling, Operations, IT und HR für den Erfolg der Aufgaben

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Wirtschaft (FH, Uni, ETH)
  • Erfahrung in finanznahen Sonderprojekten wie z. B. Integrationen, Systemumstellungen oder organisatorischen Veränderungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Analyse von Abschlüssen in einem internationalen Konzern oder einer renommierten Prüfungs- oder Beratungsgesellschaft
  • Teamführung der Buchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS, OR und im Umgang mit modernen Finanzsystemen (z. B. SAP FI/CO)
  • Auditerfahrung bei einer anerkannten internationalen Gesellschaft von Vorteil
  • Strukturierter, pragmatischer Arbeitsstil mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Von Vorteil ACCA / WP Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
