At Consultys Switzerland, we empower Life Sciences innovation. We are offering a permanent opportunity for a Material Requirement Planner to contribute to efficient material planning and inventory optimization in a GMP-regulated setting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of the MRP pool, reporting to the Material Management Head.
  • Manage a portfolio of materials for one or more assigned suppliers.
  • Perform routine tasks to convert material requirements into material plans, including MRP runs, order placement, and PO approval processes.
  • Own the material issue resolution process, coordinating all roles involved to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure optimal inventory management to support production needs and minimize shortages.
  • Execute specific activities related to material-level management and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in material planning, MRP, or supply chain within a GMP/regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP processes, including requirement runs, PO creation, and approval workflows.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP MM/PP preferred) and solid inventory management skills.
  • Ability to manage a material portfolio and coordinate issue resolution across stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with good command of Excel; Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
