Du verantwortest das Produktportfolio für unsere Banking-Kundschaft über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Mit hoher Bankfachlichkeit und starkem technischem Verständnis entwickelst du eine klare Portfoliostrategie, priorisierst Investitionen und orchestrierst Stakeholder aus Produktmanagement, Vertrieb, Compliance, IT und Operations. So stellst du ein markt- und regulatorisch konformes, profitables Portfolio sicher, das messbar Nutzen für die Kundschaft stiftet. Dabei pflegst du eine klare Kommunikation und förderst eine zuverlässige Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Deine Skills

  • Abschluss: Master FH/Uni/ETH in Finance/BWL/VWL (Banking) mit starkem Tech-/IT-Fokus oder in Informatik/Ingenieurwissenschaften mit Banking-Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung: 8 Jahre Produkt-/Portfolio-Ownership an der Business/IT-Schnittstelle im Banking (Core & Umsysteme) mit P&L- und Roadmap-Verantwortung
  • Banking-IT Kernwissen: Core-Banking, Zahlungsverkehr (ISO 20022/SIC/SEPA), API-/Schnittstellen-Design, KYC/Onboarding, Reporting
  • Analytik & Business: Business Cases, Pricing, KPIs/OKRs, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Technik (nicht Betrieb): Plattform-Architekturen, Datenmodelle, Integrationsmuster; Cloud-Verständnis (AWS/Azure)
  • Du erstellst schlüssige Entscheidungsunterlagen und gewinnst Anspruchsgruppen auf allen Ebenen (intern und extern)
  • Steuerung & Kommunikation (ohne Führung): Klare Entscheidungsunterlagen, überzeugende Stakeholder-Kommunikation bis C-Level, Priorisierung und Koordination über Teams/Vendoren; Deutsch & Englisch sehr gut
