KEYTEO is strengthening its team of specialists in Switzerland and is recruiting a
Monitoring & Automation Engineer
to support one of our major clients in the
Air Traffic Management (ATM) industry
in the
enhancement and industrialization of their
End-to-End Monitoring Platform
.

As a Keyteo consultant, you will collaborate closely with infrastructure, operations, and application teams to elevate observability, reliability, and automation within a large-scale enterprise environment.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Monitoring team in the
    implementation, automation, and maintenance
    of the End-to-End Monitoring Platform
  • Participate in the
    deployment, configuration, and automation
    of new monitoring tools as defined in the end-to-end monitoring concept
  • Contribute to the establishment of a
    continuous monitoring framework
    , including processes, governance, and tooling
  • Act as an interface with key stakeholders, including technical teams, end users, Product Owners, Business Owners, and support teams
  • Collaborate with first-level support as well as application development and engineering teams (third level)
  • Assist the Monitoring team in their
    RUN
    and operational responsibilities

What You Bring

  • 5–12 years of experience
    in system engineering, monitoring, and operational environments
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
    in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or an equivalent field
  • Strong experience with
    deployment automation
    tools such as Git, Ansible, Puppet, and PowerShell/shell scripting
  • Solid knowledge of relational and time-series databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server — with
    InfluxDB experience considered a strong advantage
  • Proven experience with
    monitoring and observability technologies
    , including Grafana, Telegraf, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Elasticsearch
  • Strong operational understanding of
    Windows and Linux
    operating systems
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation of operational tasks
  • Experience producing
    technical documentation
    , including compliance and procedural materials
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse technical teams
  • English (C1) required
    ; German or French is an asset
