Deine Hauptaufgaben

Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst die Umsetzung und die Betreuung von massgeschneiderten Incentive Programmen und die Organisation von Kongressen in der Schweiz für Teilnehmer aus aller Welt. Du koordinierst alle gebuchten Leistungen mit unseren Partnerunternehmen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Dein Profil

  • 28 bis 40 Jahre jung
  • Tourismus-, Hotel- oder Reisebürobackground erwünscht
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch- und Englisch (Wort / Schrift zwingend)
  • Gute Geographiekenntnisse der Schweiz
  • Teamorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Du arbeitest unter Zeitdruck präzise und behältst jederzeit die Übersicht
  • Gepflegtes und sicheres Auftreten
  • Fähigkeit, die Verantwortung für die Planung und Durchführung einer Veranstaltung von A bis Z vor Ort zu übernehmen
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit, Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität und hohe Dienstbereitschaft zählen zu Deiner Persönlichkeit
