Fixed-Term Procurement Excellence Manager

In this role, your main purpose is to facilitate operational excellence through the development and implementation of process, tools and guidelines. The ultimate target is to enable our Global Directs & Indirect Procurement Luxury Team, in a transforming environment, to create maximum value for La Prairie while ensuring compliance. This is a fixed-term role starting in January 2026 and is going till December 2027.

How you will create a beautiful impact:

• Support global procurement standards, tools, and processes to boost value, transparency, and efficiency—with a strong digital focus.
• Partner with the Procurement Excellence team to drive cost optimization and support our luxury procurement transformation.
• Manage Procurement Guidelines across teams, aligning with Group standards and supporting with training, communication, and implementation.
• Create and implement templates, KPIs, and streamlined processes to improve consistency and automation across all categories.
• Lead compliance and risk management activities for the Procurement team.
• Analyse procurement data and market trends.
• Master and consolidate monthly reports for leadership.

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

• A master's in business, Supply Chain, or similar (CIPS a plus).
• 3-7 years experience in Procurement Excellence, with a focus on performance, reporting, or systems—ideally in a global setting.
• Bonus points for Indirect Services Procurement experience.
• A passion for process improvement, digital tools, and operational excellence.
• Sharp analytical mind, clear communicator, and natural project juggler.
• Confident influencer across teams, levels, and borders.
• Solid ERP, MRP, and procurement system know-how (SAP, Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa…).
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
