Senior Relationship Manager – Private Banking

We are currently working with an established Swiss Private Bank with strong international presence that is actively seeking entrepreneurial Senior Relationship Managers to expand its coverage across Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Eastern Africa, and UK Swiss resident markets.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients with tailored investment and advisory solutions.
- Acquire new assets through proactive business development, focusing on Dubai, Saudi, Eastern African, and UK Swiss resident markets
- Serve as the primary trusted point of contact for clients, delivering a high-touch, personalised service.
- Ensure full compliance with Swiss and local regulatory requirements.
- Reports to the relevant Market Head depending on the platform.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- A transferable client portfolio is essential (target: USD 150m+ in Net New Money over 3 years).
- Strong track record in asset gathering, revenue generation, and long-term client retention.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with in-depth knowledge of private banking products, wealth structuring, and investment solutions.
- Suitable for bankers seeking a client-centric platform with strong commercial upside and Swiss booking.
