Ingénieur en Intelligence Artificielle (IA médicale – dentisterie)

Nous sommes une start-up basée à Genève, dédiée à l'intégration de l'intelligence artificielle dans la pratique quotidienne des dentistes.

Notre mission est de rendre les soins dentaires plus intelligents, plus efficaces et plus humains, en développant des outils d'analyse, d'aide à la décision et de gestion adaptés au quotidien des praticiens.

Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) en intelligence artificielle pour participer au développement de nos modèles et solutions IA destinés à la dentisterie numérique. Le poste implique un travail à la croisée de la recherche appliquée, du développement logiciel et du monde clinique.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Développer et entraîner des modèles de machine learning et de deep learning (vision par ordinateur, séries temporelles, LLMs, etc.)
  • Explorer et appliquer des grands modèles de langage (LLMs) pour l'analyse et l'explication de résultats médicaux
  • Participer au développement web de la plateforme utilisateurs, incluant l'intégration des modules IA et la conception d'interfaces adaptées aux dentistes
  • Concevoir des pipelines de données et intégrer les modèles dans des environnements web (API, dashboards, produits cliniques)
  • Collaborer avec des dentistes pour adapter les solutions aux besoins réels du terrain
  • Assurer un suivi des développement scientifique et technologique dans le domaine de l'IA en dentaire

Profil recherché :

  • Master ou PhD en Data Science, IA, Computer Vision ou domaine connexe, obtenu dans une grande école ou université reconnue
  • Expérience dans l'application du machine learning au domaine dentaire, incluant collaboration avec des praticiens
  • Bonne connaissance du monde dentaire et des flux de travail des cabinets
  • Expérience de recherche et publication dans une conférence internationale majeure (CVPR, NeurIPS, ICLR, EMNLP, etc.)
  • Expérience sur les LLMs et leur capacité à expliquer leurs décisions ou résultats
  • Solide expérience en vision par ordinateur et en développement web (API, dashboards, intégration produit)
  • Maîtrise de Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Sklearn, Git, Docker
  • Français courant et anglais professionnel
