Senior Information Security Officer

Zurich - Hybrid

Full time and Permanent

A leading Swiss financial services company is looking for a Senior Information Security Officer to strengthen their security awareness and cyber defence initiatives.

In this role, you'll be a part of the team that leads security awareness initiatives, shape cyber defence strategies, and work closely with teams across the organisation to strengthen the overall security awareness.

You'll:

  • Drive and improve the security awareness program
  • Manage phishing campaigns and employee training
  • Assess cyber risks and implement protective measures
  • Deliver on-site workshops across locations

You bring:

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • CISSP or CISM certification
  • Strong experience in IT security, ideally in awareness programs
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Fluent German language skills, French and Italian is a huge plus
