Wer sind wir eigentlich?

  • Wir sind Yoordi. Die flexibelste Bestell- und Bezahllösung der Hospitality Branche. Wir verhelfen jedem Restaurant, Hotel & Event zu mehr Umsatz, mehr Effizienz und wiederkehrenden zufriedenen Gästen. Damit sind wir für unsere Kunden, insbesondere in diesen schweren Zeiten von Fachkräftemangel und sinkenden Marge eine grosse Hilfe.
  • Wir, Jörg und Elisa sind die Gründer von Yoordi und werden gemeinsam mit unserem Team eng mit dir zusammenarbeiten.

Deine Motivation:

  • Du bist fasziniert von der IT-Branche und möchtest gerne lernen wie man mit Sales und Marketing ein SaaS zum fliegen bringt.
  • Du bist ambitioniert bist arbeitest gerne zielorientiert mit OKRs.
  • Du willst jeden Tag etwas neues lernen und auch mal neues ausprobieren.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbständig und lernst dich schnell in neue Tools ein.
Aufgaben

Deine Rolle:

  • Wie alle Startups wollen wir hoch hinaus. Du hilfst uns dabei im gesamten Akquise auf allen Kanälen (inkl. Cold Calls) und Vertriebsprozess, bis hin zum Onboarding und zur erfolgreichen Nutzung durch unsere Kunden.
  • Dabei wird es viele Touchpoints geben. Du unterstützt uns beim Ausbau unseres CRM's, bei Research, beim A/B Testing von Kampagnen und vielem mehr.
  • Deine Kreativität sowie analytische Seite wird gefragt sein, um uns immer schneller unseren Wachstumszielen näher zu bringen.
  • Wir unterstützen und coachen dich während deiner Trainee-Zeit.
Qualifikation

Must have:

  • Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch
  • Business Ausbildung, Erfahrung oder Studium (KV, BWL, o.ä.)

Unsere Wunschliste (kann, muss aber nicht )

  • Sprachen: Italienisch
  • Hospitality Erfahrung. Du konntest selbst schon mit anpacken? Super, dann verstehst du unsere Kunden und die Probleme die wir lösen.
  • Hospitality Tech Erfahrung (POS, Kasse, Payment, Terminal, E-Commerce, PMS). Du kennst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und verstehst das Zusammenspiel der Abläufe eines Hospitality-Betriebs.
  • SaaS Erfahrung. Du verstehst den Unterschied zwischen physischen und SaaS-Lösungen und weisst die On- und Offline Sales Pipeline zu bearbeiten.
  • Technisches Verständnis. Du verstehst wie ein Netzwerk von Systemen miteinander kommuniziert und kannst dies auch Leihen entsprechend vermitteln.

  • Pensum ab 60% (Verteilt über min 4 Tage / Woche)
  • Salär bis zu 3k CHF / Monat (bei 100% Pensum)
