Das kannst du bewirken
  • Administrative Unterstützung der gesamten Sales-Abteilung sowie des Aussendienstes in den Themen Material, Spesen, Statistiken und Ferien
  • Organisation und Durchführung verschiedener Sitzungen, Veranstaltungen und Kongresse
  • Erstellen und Versenden von diversen Mailings
  • Pflege der Kundendaten im CRM, sowie Bereitstellen verschiedener Statistiken
Das bringst du mit
  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einigen Jahren Erfahrung im Customer Service (Kenntnisse im Pharmabereich sind ein echtes Plus)
  • Du bist IT affin und kennst dich gut mit den Microsoft Office-Tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) aus
  • Französisch und Deutsch beherrschst du einwandfrei, und du fühlst dich in einem zweisprachigen Umfeld, mündlich wie schriftlich, sehr wohl
  • Du bist reaktionsschnell, proaktiv und stressresistent, überzeugst mit deiner Service- und Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie mit deinem Einfühlungsvermögen und deiner Hilfsbereitschaft
