We're looking for an experienced Workshop Leader / Marine Technician to join our boatyard in Solothurn, Switzerland

.

You'll work directly on the water and be part of a motivated, skilled team maintaining and restoring boats of all kinds

.

Your skills & experienc

e: Fiberglass (GFK) laminating, polishing & gelcoat restoratio

n Hull repairs, preparation & detailin

g Engine rigging, alignment & installation (outboards/inboards – Mercury, Yamaha, Volvo, etc.

) Mechanical troubleshooting & diagnosti

c Electrical & hydraulic system installation (pumps, navigation, lighting

) Woodwork or teak repair

s Seasonal maintenance – winterisation, service, cleaning, and delivery pre

p Workshop organisation & job planning experience is a strong plu
