YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Training Specialist to support our Training team in delivering high-quality learning initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on coordinating projects across all areas of training, from onboarding and client experience to brand and product knowledge, as well as digital learning. The Training Project Manager ensures that all initiatives are aligned with Maison's strategy, reflect our values, and drive excellence in execution across both retail and wholesale networks. A key aspect of the role is to support markets in implementing training initiatives and to collaborate closely with the international training community, ensuring global consistency while adapting to local specificities.
PLAYING YOUR PART
Project Management
- You will support the planning, coordination and execution of projects from concept to delivery
- You will manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams, markets, and external stakeholders
- You will participate in the organization and coordination of major training events and gatherings
Digital Learning
- You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of digital learning solutions
- You will support the integration of innovative learning tools and formats to enhance engagement, accessibility, and effectiveness
- You will collaborate with the international training community to ensure digital initiatives meet both global standards and local needs
Content Development
- You will support the creation and production of engaging, learner-centered training materials
- You will ensure all training content reflects Maison's tone of voice, brand identity, and client experience standards
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials based on market feedback and learner insights
Client Experience Focus, Tracking & Reporting
- You will collaborate with the training community and key stakeholders to embed client-centric principles into all training initiatives
- You will ensure that all training programs strengthen the client journey and reinforce excellence in boutiques and CRC
- You will monitor project progress, and KPIs, providing regular updates, and support evaluation of training impact and propose improvements for continuous learning enhancement
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Success in this role will require
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with active listening and agility
- The ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with international teams
- Project management experience, with a creative mindset with a passion for learning innovation, digital tools, and client experience
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, as well as experience with e-learning platform management & optimization, content digitalization, data analysis & reporting, data management, cloud/file management, and cybersecurity awareness
- Fluency in English, with French or another language being a plus
