Overview:

Latte Stories is a specialty coffee shop, with a brunch menu inspired by cross-cultural flavours. We opened our first store in Cham, Zug in June 2024 and our second store in Oerlikon, Zurich in August 2024. Our concept is dedicated to creating a home-away-from-home for our international community. We offer an inviting place for gentle adventurers and daily difference-makers to kick back and connect over good coffee, interesting food and great conversations.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, motivated and hands-on individual to join us as a Baker to support us in making all our homemade cakes and cookies. If our concept resonates with you, please read on

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake cakes and cookies at scale
• Test and try out new recipes
• Occasionally support with other food prep
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness throughout your workflow and the shop
• Follow health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Experience with baking cakes and cookies is required. Experience baking at home will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of typical baking measurements and language
• Attention to detail
• Strong sense of ownership
• Creative and open-minded to new ideas
• Conversational English
• Passion for good quality baked goods
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to work in our store located in Lorzenparkstrasse 15a, 6330 Cham
