Your Responsibilities
As a Young Talent - Reliability within Engine Reliability department, you support key reliability assessments, strengthen testing and modelling activities, contribute to FMEA, and help improve our validation methods to enhance overall product performance.

  • You participate in the reliability assessment of components, systems, and engines designed and assembled on site.
  • You support the development team by defining and calibrating physical or empirical models, collecting data, and evaluating endurance runs on the test benches and in the field.
  • You participate in the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • You contribute to the creation of the design risk assessment, mitigation plan, validation program, and reliability growth plan.
  • You participate in the further development of reliability methods.
  • You standardize tests and support the drafting of standard validation procedures.
  • You collaborate in the creation of reports, presentations, and documentation.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or in a sector deemed equivalent
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have good knowledge of MS-Office
  • You are proficient with Matlab and/or Python
  • You are interested in learning to use a new reliability software (LOCATE UPTIME)
  • You distinguish yourself by your autonomy, flexibility and ability to work in a team
