Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world's top financial institutions?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business.

You'll get to

• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• be the point of entry for processing client orders such as account openings and account maintenance
• assist in all administrative tasks and organizational matters in relation to client's general inquiries and related to their investments and operational aspects
• support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
• collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement
• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients
• develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business
• attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business

Your team
You'll be working in our Global Wealth Management team for the France & Belgium market in Geneva. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We've successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You'll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in French required
• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Start Date January or February 2026
