As an IT Audit Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and resilience of our technology landscape. You will work at the intersection of IT and business, assessing governance structures, identifying risks, and helping shape our approach to IT assurance in a fast-evolving financial environment.
What would you role be?
- Provide assurance in a dynamic, international company.

- Assess board-level IT governance, risk appetite, and compliance structures.

- What are we looking for?
- MSc or higher in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional certifications (or willingness to obtain one), such as CIA, CISA, CRISC, CISSP.
- 5 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk, Cybersecurity, or IT GRC.
- Up to date with emerging technologies and secure application (e.g., Cloud, AI, DevOps).
- Experience with data analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate complex IT risks in a clear and relevant way to senior executives and board members (English required, German is a plus).
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
- A collaborative team player who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic environment.
