Notre client société Biopharmaceutique internationale basée vers Lausanne en pleine croissance recherche un Global Project Manager lancement de Produits commerciaux Biopharma.

Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des projets d'alliances et de partenariats liés aux activités pré-commerciales et de lancement, en coordination avec des prestataires et partenaires externes.

Le PM aura une exposition internationale et devra démontrer de solides compétences en gestion de projet ainsi qu'excellentes capacités de communication.

Il/elle sera également responsable de la conduite de projets stratégiques globaux (lancement de produits commerciaux, projets liés au cycle de vie des produits) impactant les opérations techniques de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Soutenir les activités liées à la chimie des procédés, au développement pharmaceutique et analytique, afin d'assurer la préparation à la soumission réglementaire pour les marchés internationaux.
  • Gérer la préparation GMP/GDP des nouveaux produits destinés aux marchés internationaux.
  • Apporter un support aux activités de tests analytiques (enregistrements, transferts de méthodes, tests d'importation).
  • Coordonner le partage d'informations et de données avec les partenaires d'alliance (informations CMC, données analytiques, gestion de la base documentaire et des répertoires de données).
  • Préparer et organiser la documentation nécessaire à l'évaluation de partenariats stratégiques.
  • Piloter et animer des équipes projets transverses (multifonctionnelles et internationales), en favorisant la collaboration inclusive et la diversité des points de vue.
  • Définir et communiquer les objectifs, livrables et bénéfices attendus auprès des équipes et parties prenantes.
  • Organiser les réunions d'équipe, préparer les ordres du jour et compte rendus dans les délais impartis.
  • Élaborer des plans projets complets et des chronogrammes, en coordination avec les départements concernés :
    • Préparer et soumettre les propositions budgétaires, ajuster les budgets si nécessaire.
  • Planifier et suivre les jalons et livrables à l'aide d'outils adaptés.
  • Identifier et gérer les dépendances et chemins critiques.
  • Assurer une communication fluide et efficace entre les équipes, la direction fonctionnelle et la direction exécutive, dans un esprit de transparence et d'inclusion.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme universitaire (Bachelor) en management, sciences ou domaine connexe, idéalement complété par une certification en gestion de projet.
  • Solide connaissance des pratiques GMP/GDP, de la qualité pharmaceutique, de la production et de la supply chain.
  • Expérience démontrée en gestion de projets internationaux, avec pilotage d'équipes multidisciplinaires et virtuelles dans un environnement global, respectant les contraintes de délai, budget et périmètre.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Profil proactif, pragmatique, capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en créant un environnement collaboratif et de confiance entre les équipes transverses.
