Wir suchen eine*n
Mikrobiologen / Research Scientist 3
, der komplexe biologische und mikrobiologische Forschungsarbeiten unterstützt.

Die Hauptaufgabe besteht darin,
Versuche selbstständig zu planen, durchzuführen, auszuwerten und in hoher Qualität zu dokumentieren
– im Labor, im Gewächshaus sowie teilweise im Freiland.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Planung, Terminierung und Durchführung komplexer biologischer und mikrobiologischer Experimente
  • Erhebung, Analyse und patentgerechte Ablage wissenschaftlicher Daten
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Dokumentationen und Präsentationen in hoher Qualität
  • Untersuchungen zu Wirkmechanismen und Wirkungsprofilen
  • Arbeiten zu Pflanzenkrankheiten, Aufnahme, Verteilung und Metabolismus
  • Routinetests zur Aktivitätsprüfung von Substanzen
  • Arbeiten im
    Labor
    ,
    Gewächshaus
    und im
    Freiland
  • Steriles Arbeiten unter erhöhter Sicherheitsstufe (S2)
  • Selbstständige Entwicklung und Optimierung neuer Methoden
  • Übernahme von Verantwortungsbereichen für Laborinfrastruktur oder Spezialgeräte

Anforderungsprofil

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in
    Mikrobiologie
    ,
    Pflanzenbiologie
    ,
    Agrarbiologie
    oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Pflanzen und Pflanzenkrankheiten
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Labor; Erfahrung in Molekularbiologie oder Mikroskopie von Vorteil
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Datenbanken, Tabellen, grafische Auswertung)
  • Fähigkeit, sich schnell und sicher in neue wissenschaftliche Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Organisationstalent und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Kommunikationsstark, offen für Feedback, teamorientiert
  • Deutsch und Englisch (B2 oder höher)
